This AO used to operate on BETAmax, but we’ve upgraded to VHS. It’s the place where PAX come to challenge themselves. Each workout is posted by the upcoming Q the day before, so you know what you’re in for. Despite the Very Hard Sh*t (VHS) at this AO, it’s a great spot for all PAX, from the FNGs to the leather-faced veterans like @AP. And remember, be kind and rewind.
