About

This AO is packed with legendary landmarks and badass symbols. Just a burpee away lies Jimi Hendrix’s memorial, immortalized in our logo shredding a coupon guitar. We’ve got Mt. Shasta in there too—while it’s in California, it’s the southernmost peak of the Cascades, just like our AO is the southernmost point of the F3 Cascades region. And let’s not forget, Boeing 737s roll off the line in Renton, just like we roll out the pain during workouts. Surrounding it all is a rope of three strands, embodying the F3 Shield Lock concept—because like the saying goes, “a cord of three strands is not easily broken,”.
