What is Go30?
Go30 is a monthly habit/goal tracker set up by and run for the F3 Puget Sound PAX. It helps men accelerate their lives by executing daily Go30 challenges combined with group accountability with their AO team. The idea is that small, daily improvements will lead to significant changes over time.
Much of Go30 is based on the book Atomic Habits by James Clear. If you haven’t read it, I highly recommend it.

How Does it Work?
At the end of each month each PAX will sign up using a Google Form. The intention is for you to think deeply about the change you want to see in yourself. There will be three questions you will answer.
-
- WHO do you ultimately want to become?
-
- WHAT is your Go30 challenge?
-
- HOW are you going to be successful this month?
The first question addresses changing your beliefs about yourself. The second question focuses on the actions needed to get results. The third question concentrates on the processes or systems you will set up to ensure success. Every action you take is a vote for the type of person you wish to become. No single instance will transform your beliefs, but as the votes build up, so does the evidence of your new identity.
For example, if you want to become a reader:
-
- WHO A reader
-
- WHAT Read five pages a day
-
- HOW Place book on the nightstand and read before bed.
Seems simple right? And how often do you only read 5 pages? Sticking to this habit over time and you will surely be a reader. Imagine if you set a Go30 challenge related to 1F, 2F, or 3F how much you’d Accelerate in a week, month, or year…
Why should you do it?
It works, but don’t take my word for it. Here is what men across the region have this to say about it:
“Stretching helps and doing it daily is a must. It has helped me minimize aches and pains and also helped reduce recovery time.”
“The past 30 days I have seen a noticeable positive direction in watching what goes into my body and have noticed increased energy in the mornings.”
“With the help of Whiplash, I’ve made significant improvements in remembering to post each day, which I believe has improved my success at meeting my daily goal.”
“It’s been most helpful to repeat some Go30 goals for several months in order to break old habits and form new or better habits.”
“After months of building habits and adapting to a dynamic work schedule, in January 2021 I finally achieved completing my Miracle Morning routine every day.”

“I’ve free of porn for 15 months!”
“Journaling helped me get in touch with emotions that I don’t share very often with my family. More sharing brought a better connection.”
“I have a bad back and stretching daily has saved my life”
“Go30 is really helping me stay accountable and spend at least 30 mins specifically on growing my business each day. I never want to see a 0 or see a -1 in that box so it motivates me to find the time to get it done as opposed to telling myself “I am too busy to to it today”.”
“Great reports from my dental hygienist, after years of the opposite!”
“Participating in Go30 has made me more accountable to myself and others. Striving to be more consistent to complete my daily goal… (primarily because there are many times throughout the month, not wanting to post a zero let alone a “-1” and how that hurts the team”
- “I have been on Go30 program for quite sometime, here to list few of my success stories.Daily meditation – Over 500+ days
- Daily Exercise – Over 500+ days
- Daily reading – Over 500+ days
- No phone usage while driving – Over a year now
- Apps limits/phone usage limits on phone – Over a year now
- Off of social media – Facebook – Over 6+ months now”
