Slog, Cluck, and Ruck!

We’re kicking off at a fried chicken joint (because why not?) and then rucking around the city like the elite athletes we are. M’s and 2.0’s are all part of the mission, so bring the whole squad! You can join for the whole ruck or just a leg — no shame either way. Just make sure to sport your F3 gear and come hungry… because, yes, there will be chicken. Lots of chicken. Let’s get moving and feasting!

Requirements

Ruck and eat fried chicken.

Preparation

Recommended supplies to carry with you during the event:

  • Headlamp
  • Gloves
  • Reflective bands/lights/etc for visibility and safety
  • An additional light layer of clothing (like a long-sleeve workout tee)

Additional common items:

  • Personal hydration.
  • Extra kudos for chicken gear.
