Technically the workout is the burpees outside at 6:30am. However, if you are needing something bootcamp doesn’t offer, come at 5:30am, we’ll get you in to the gym on a guest pass. You can join the toxic masculinity. The point is to get bigger, stronger, and faster without getting injured. Our training always focuses around the big three: Squat, Bench and Deadlift.
