At F3, we workout in the beauty of the Puget Sound region and are dedicated to preserving it for future generations. Our commitment to the community extends beyond our workouts; we actively support local charities and initiatives that keep our streets, towns, forests, mountains, and waters clean.

Together, along with non-profits like We Heart Seattle can strengthen our community and ensure a cleaner, healthier environment for all.
