F3 launched in Puget Sound on March 12, 2016. Today, the Puget Sound has weekly workouts in Kirkland, Redmond, Bellevue, Seattle, Tacoma and Woodinville.
What is F3? Simply put we a group of guys who run free, men only, workouts all over the Puget Sound region.

Think of it like Crossfit in the Park, without egos, or paying 200 a month, or being embarrassed if you can’t lift 200# over your head. Also, we find that the guys that show up and workout end up wanting to grab a coffee or a beer together and do fun stuff like mud runs (Spartan/Warrior etc.), ruck events (GoRuck), and fundraising workouts (Race to Space).
We also like to give back to our community via things like: canned food drives for a local community food bank, working on the playground structure at the Boys & Girls club, and clothing donations to a Seattle men’s shelter, etc. We started running one bootcamp at one park with a few guys once a week and we now have 12+ workouts a week all over Seattle, Tacoma, Bellevue, Kirkland, and Woodinville with more than 100 active guys a month.
Start by picking a Puget Sound workout location, then make the time/day that works for you. We recommend Saturdays for your first, we go for coffee afterwards. If you still have questions and want to talk with someone click HERE.

(In the winter, we here in Puget Sound like to say they are held “rain or rain.”)
What’s the catch? There really is no catch. The guys that run this group are just like you.

What we all get out of this is – we get in shape, we meet new friends, and we do good in our community. That is really it.

All you have to do is show up. If you are a little hesitant, we get that. We’ve heard it sounds like there’s a catch; there isn’t. We even have our top five excuses.
Don’t worry or hesitate, give us an hour for a free workout to see for yourself. We really do want to give this away AND also know you can do this. (Yes, you.)

If you are a little hesitant, we get that. There is no fitness shaming and all fitness levels are supported. As the F3 Nation founder says:

See you there!
…and if you are travelling throughout the country, there are thousands of workouts per week in F3 Nation.
